Another case where you need to take justice in your own hands due to the coruption and incompetence of the current government.

Two mothers are fighting to have a convicted rapist on the run arrested. One wants justice for her daughter, whom the man raped at gunpoint four years ago, and the other wants to rescue her daughter, who has fallen madly in love with him.In July 2002, Frans "Seun" Sekgabi was found guilty of raping the then 23-year-old Irene Mmela and sentenced to 10 years in prison.But three years since Sekgabi's conviction, he has not served a single day behind bars.
