An inside job at the South African Home Affairs office?...caught on camera! also the ensuing bungle by the South African Police force....

Today an Indian man, who was ENRAGED about CRIME in this country, told me how an old white woman who was a customer of his, was murdered by Blacks for R10 (which is less than US$2).

I took my Mom to buy some flowers from an Indian man who has a stall near a graveyard. When my Mom got out the car, this Indian man (who is in his 50's), said to me, "You must protect your mother or they will kill her."

Then he launched into a tirade about crime in this country and told me the following. He said another white man brought his mother of 63 to his stall once a week where she bought some flowers. This old lady was murdered in Sandton (a very upper-class part of Johannesburg) just days ago, and they had her funeral today.

During the time that my mother bought flowers, this Indian man was doing his nut about crime in this country. A young black man stood nearby selling strawberries and he overheard everything but didn't say a word.

The Indian man told me that the old woman of 63 was killed for her purse and the blacks who killed her were caught at a taxi rank in Sandton. In her purse was only R10.

I listened and mumbled in agreement leaving the Indian to talk. He went on, "This Government is USELESS they will do NOTHING ABOUT CRIME!" More amazingly he then went on, "10 and 20 years ago (Apartheid) we didn't live like THIS! ... Now we live in PRISONS!"

Murder is so common in this country, I doubt this would even make the newspapers. I know many people who've been killing, including a cousin of mine who was shot dead several years ago.

Here is the story. It happened in the early days of my website. My cousin was shot dead by blacks as he arrived at his house. They stole nothing. They just gunned him down and ran away. It was not even mentioned in the local suburban newspaper.
